Conrad Consulting in partnership with a leading, AJ100 Architectural practice are looking to recruit an Architect to join a busy studio at an exciting time.
This company have long been established as pioneers within the North-Wests Architecture scene; having won numerous awards locally and across their various studios UK Studios.
The position is to be based strategically from the Manchester office. With recent, large-scale, Mixed-use schemes being commissioned from here you will be offered the opportunity to assist these projects from inception through to completion. The initial project work comprises various design sectors including: Commercial, Residential and mixed-use. Experience working within these sectors will be viewed upon favourably.
We are looking for an Architect that meets the following criteria:
• ARB/RIBA Registered Architect - Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• REVIT & AutoCAD experience is essential for this role.
• Commercial, Residential experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
• Excellent communication skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation.
The office is located within easy walking distance of Manchester's central Train stations and offers a welcoming environment in which individuals can thrive. A position here can be whatever you make of it, with progression through to Project Architect/Senior Architect level a real possibility upon successful completion of the current workload.
Salary: £36,000-£42,000
