Many of their commissions are located within some of the UK's most picturesque settings, offering Architects the opportunity to work on projects that are both technically rewarding and visually exceptional.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong Architect who enjoys taking beautifully conceived designs through the technical stages of delivery, working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of design quality are maintained throughout every phase of a project.

Offering genuine flexibility, this role is open to Architects living across West and North Yorkshire, with a hybrid working pattern that provides an excellent balance between collaborative studio working and home-based flexibility.

The Role

Working alongside Architects, Architectural Technologists, Landscape Architects and Planning Consultants, you will play a key role in the technical design and delivery of a diverse range of award-winning projects across multiple sectors.

This position would particularly suit an Architect who enjoys technical problem solving, detailing and project delivery while remaining passionate about high-quality architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects across a range of RIBA work stages.

  • Develop detailed technical drawing packages and construction information.

  • Coordinate architectural information with consultants and the wider design team.

  • Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations and technical standards.

  • Attend client, design and project coordination meetings.

  • Assist with planning, technical design and project delivery through to completion.

  • Maintain exceptional design quality throughout the technical delivery process.

  • Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team where appropriate.

  • Contribute positively within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary studio.

About You

  • Qualified Architect with UK project experience.

  • ARB registered (preferred).

  • Strong technical design and construction knowledge.

  • Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and current legislation.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages.

  • Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.

  • Passion for outstanding architecture, technical excellence and collaborative working.

  • £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
