The Role

As an Architect, you'll be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, working closely with experienced colleagues to deliver projects from initial briefing and concept design through planning, technical design and construction.

Healthcare projects form a significant part of the workload, offering the opportunity to work on meaningful schemes that improve environments for patients, staff and local communities. Alongside this, you'll gain exposure to Residential, Commercial and specialist developments, ensuring plenty of variety within your role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships and developing creative design solutions while working within a supportive and collaborative team.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated Architect who enjoys working across all RIBA work stages and is keen to develop their career within a successful, design-led practice.

Ideally you'll have:

  • ARB Registered Architect (RIBA membership beneficial)
  • Approximately 2-5 years' post-Part III experience within an architectural practice
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA work stages
  • Healthcare sector experience would be highly advantageous
  • Residential and Commercial project experience would also be welcomed
  • Strong design, planning and technical detailing abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
  • ArchiCAD experience would be beneficial, although not essential
  • Revit knowledge would be advantageous but isn't a requirement

What's On Offer?

  • Salary in the region of £36,000 - £44,000, depending on experience
