Key Responsibilities

• Leading design development across a range of development‑driven projects

• Producing accurate, well‑structured planning and technical packages

• Working closely with planners, surveyors and development managers

• Contributing to feasibility studies and value‑focused design strategies

• Coordinating consultants and engaging with stakeholders

• Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning frameworks

What You Bring

• ARB‑registered Architect (or equivalent experience)

• Strong design and technical capability across RIBA Stages 2–4

• Confident producing planning and technical documentation

• Comfortable working on complex, multi‑disciplinary schemes

• Clear communicator with a collaborative, commercially aware mindset

• Experience in development‑led environments is beneficial
