A well-established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice with a strong UK presence is looking to strengthen its Glasgow team following a series of project wins and a growing pipeline of work.
They are initially looking to hire an Architect to join their busy studio. This will be followed by further hires across the business in the coming months.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to play a key role in the continued growth of the studio.
The Opportunity
You'll take a role in the delivery of complex projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams while helping shape the future direction of a thriving Glasgow studio..
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
- Oversee the production of high-quality technical information
- Work confidently in BIM environments, particularly Revit
- Apply strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Develop and maintain client, consultant, and contractor relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Glasgow studio
About You
- ARB/RIBA Architect: 1-10 years post-qualiication
- Strong technical and project delivery expertise
- Multi-sector project experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Revit and BIM experience preferred
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Passionate about delivering high-quality design and technical solutions
