Short-term contract Architectural Technician vacancy available with a bespoke design studio in Lancashire, just on the outskirts of Northern Lancashire and close to Cumbria & the Lake District.
**The role would be based 3 days in the office, with 2 days working from home offered**
This busy Architectural practices are going through a busy growth period and are looking for experienced staff of all levels to join them.
They urgently require an Architectural Technician to join them on an initial 12-month contract basis.
Some of the key criteria we are looking for the Architectural Technician to match:
- Degree qualification in related field (Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar).
- Strong technical skills
- Experience using Architectural drafting software
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation).
The successful Architectural Technician will receive an hourly rate of pay to reflect their experience/ability. This position has the opportunity to be made longer-term once the initial 12-months has been completed.
