Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking Architectural practice with a strong portfolio across healthcare and education sectors. We’re seeking an Architectural Technician or Technologist ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to meaningful, community-impacting projects.
This studio is home to a collaborative team spanning all levels of experience. You’ll join a supportive environment where your technical expertise will help shape projects of varying size, scale and nature.
Your role will include:

Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications

Supporting the senior team.

Working collaboratively across a busy design studio.

Conducting site surveys.
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant Architectural qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree)

Has at least 1 year of practical experience

Is confident working independently.

Possesses strong Revit skills.

Ideally has experience in healthcare or education sectors (preferred, not essential)

Communicates clearly and presents professionally
