Role Overview As an Architectural Technologist, you’ll be responsible for the technical delivery of multiple projects, producing detailed drawings, specifications, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and supporting the design team throughout all project stages. The studio offers a flexible and collaborative working environment, ideal for professionals looking to grow within a forward-thinking practice.
Key Requirements

Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology

Minimum 3 years of experience in a UK architectural practice

Proficiency in one or more of the following: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Sketchup

Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience in contract administration and site coordination is advantageous

Full UK driving licence is essential
