The Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will support senior team members in the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions across a range of commercial sectors. Initially, you will be involved in multiple government framework projects within the Ministry of Justice sector, contributing across RIBA Stages 1–6.
Your responsibilities will include supporting early-stage design development, producing technical detailing packages, preparing high-quality drawings, coordinating with consultants, and assisting with project delivery through to completion.
This role would suit an enthusiastic Architectural Technologist with around 5–10 years’ experience who is confident technically, eager to develop, and keen to work within a collaborative and mentoring-led environment.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 5–10 years’ experience within an architectural practice
- Commercial project experience, although this is not essential
- Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit
- Good technical detailing and drawing skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- CIAT membership, or be working towards it
- An interest in sustainable design, MMC, or low-carbon construction would be advantageous
