Architectural Technologist – Commercial Projects
Architectural Technologist wanted for a growing Suffolk practice delivering large-scale commercial architecture across London and other major UK cities — based in Ipswich.
The Opportunity
This design-led practice punches well above its size, delivering Architectural Design on major Commercial sector projects predominantly in London. As the company expands its operations, it's looking for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to grow with it — with a clear, structured pathway to seniority from day one.
Candidates with commercial project experience are especially encouraged to apply, but the practice is equally open to strong Architectural Technologists from other sectors who bring the right technical grounding and ambition. Revit proficiency is an essential requirement however!
You'll work from the Ipswich office with regular trips into London, giving you exposure to high-profile commercial schemes — all while keeping the lifestyle and cost-of-living benefits of Suffolk.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Architectural Technology or a related qualification
- Minimum 2 years' UK architecture experience
- Commercial project experience desirable but not essential
- Solid working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Systems and construction types
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Essential: proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
