Assistant Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is working with a well‑respected, people‑first consultancy that has been shaping the built environment for decades. Their mission is simple: create places that improve everyday life. They combine technical expertise with a collaborative culture, and they’re now looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing Oxford office.

This is a practice where teamwork genuinely matters. Whether it’s delivering thoughtful design solutions, supporting local communities, or celebrating success together, the culture is built on shared values—progressiveness, collaboration, support, and ownership.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

You’ll join a multidisciplinary consultancy with a national footprint and a reputation for nurturing talent. Their commitment to professional development is exceptional, with structured APC pathways, mentoring, and a supportive peer network.

You’ll also enjoy a generous benefits package, including flexible working, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, health and wellbeing programmes, social events, volunteering leave, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Assitant Building Surveyor, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of building surveying. From design and specification to contract administration, surveys, and client communication, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you build your professional confidence.

What They’re Looking For

A Building Surveying graduate with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a proactive approach. Strong organisational skills, an interest in design and technical detail, and a willingness to learn tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS will help you thrive here. A full driving licence is essential.
