Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large‑scale residential or hotel projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop robust design strategies that balance creativity, feasibility, and commercial viability.
  • Oversee the production of detailed drawings and models using Revit and other relevant software.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site appraisals, and produce clear, comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, supporting the development of junior staff.
  • Contribute to practice-wide initiatives, resource planning, and project programming at an Associate level.

Requirements

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified with significant post‑qualification experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large‑scale housing, PRS/BTR, masterplanning, or hotel projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and confidence working in BIM‑led environments.
  • Excellent understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and technical standards relevant to residential and hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams and managing complex project workflows.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
