We’re working with an award-winning multidisciplinary building consultancy in Bristol that is looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor as part of their continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional looking to step into a leadership role, helping to shape projects, develop client relationships and support the strategic growth of the building surveying team.
The consultancy delivers a wide range of services across commercial, residential and public sector developments, with a strong pipeline of work across the South West.
What you’ll be doing

Leading complex building surveying instructions across multiple sectors

Overseeing project delivery including contract administration and technical consultancy

Acting as a key client contact and developing long-term relationships
-
Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
-
Mentoring and managing junior and senior surveyors within the team

Contributing to the growth and direction of the building surveying division
Who we’re looking for

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong industry experience

Proven track record delivering project work

Experience managing client relationships and winning work
-
Leadership capability with an interest in developing teams
-
Commercially aware with strong communication and consultancy skills
