This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor ready to step into a senior leadership role, contributing to both project delivery and the strategic growth of a well-established, forward-thinking practice.
🔧 The Role
As an Associate, you will play a key role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members. The role offers a strong balance of professional and project-led work across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services
- Leading and managing projects from inception through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors
- Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the business
🧠 About You
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Proven experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong technical knowledge across both professional services and project work
- Experience managing clients and delivering high-quality outputs
- Confident communicator with leadership capabilities
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
