An expanding building consultancy is seeking an Associate Director Building Surveyor to join their Cardiff office. This is a senior position offering the opportunity to lead major projects, develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of the business.
You will join a strong team of around 18 surveyors and support a busy pipeline of work across the South West, with national projects also forming part of the workload.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-value commissions and providing technical leadership across the team. Key duties include:

Leading the delivery of building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters and contract administration

Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for further work

Providing technical direction and mentoring to the team

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required standard

Supporting business development initiatives
About You

Chartered Building Surveyor with proven senior experience

Strong technical and commercial understanding

Confident in leading teams and managing client relationships

Experience across multiple sectors is advantageous

Ability to manage a broad portfolio and drive growth
