We’re working with an award-winning building consultancy based in Bristol who are looking to appoint an Associate Director to support the continued growth of their building surveying team.
This role would suit an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor who is confident leading projects, managing clients and supporting junior staff, and who wants to play a bigger role in the direction of a growing team.
The practice works across commercial, residential and public-sector projects, delivering a mix of professional and project-led building surveying services.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading building surveying commissions across professional and project work
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Overseeing surveys, reports and technical delivery
- Supporting and mentoring junior and intermediate surveyors
- Contributing to business development and winning new work
- Working closely with directors on team growth and delivery
Who we’re looking for
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
- Strong experience across core building surveying services
- Comfortable managing clients and leading projects
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff
- Commercially aware and confident in client-facing situations
- Interested in playing a role in growing a team
