Our client is seeking an Associate Director level who is keen to play a major role within the civils team, demonstrating the ability to help lead the team and actively engage in the growth plans.
Environmentally friendly projects will be your forte, along with experience delivering technically strong and creative projects which offer both practical and efficient solutions for infrastructure, drainage, highways and flood risk schemes.
The role will see you taking responsibility for day-to-day management of the team, ensuring high-quality delivery without losing focus on technical excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction. You will work closely with senior leadership, actively developing opportunities and supporting business growth.
This is an incredible opportunity for a Chartered engineer currently at either Associate or Associate Director level, confident in your track record of leading and developing a team for complex civil engineering projects. You will possess a strong commercial mindset and be capable of taking responsibility for risk management, leading bids and tender submissions.
