They currently have a small QS team of 10 and are looking to grow the team, offering a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director to take a leadership role.
The Role
As an Associate Director, you’ll take a strategic leadership position within the business, combining project oversight with client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

Leading major cost management and commercial projects

Managing and mentoring senior and junior surveyors

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
-
Advising clients on procurement strategy, risk management, and cost planning

Supporting business growth through new opportunities and frameworks
What You’ll Need

MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor with significant consultancy experience
-
Proven track record in managing high-value projects
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management ability
-
Commercially minded, able to drive both projects and business growth
What’s On Offer

£70,000 – £80,000 depending on experience
