Are you an Associate-level Engineer experienced in temporary works design, looking to join a growing firm in London.
This is a senior position combining technical leadership, project management, client relationships and team development, with the successful candidate playing an important role in the continued growth of the London operation.
The consultancy has an expanding workload across infrastructure, complex structures, nuclear, rail, water, commercial and mixed-use projects, offering exposure to a diverse range of technically challenging schemes.
The successful candidate will lead project teams, oversee technical delivery and act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams. Responsibilities will include design development and review, project coordination, resource and programme management, fee proposals and supporting the commercial performance of projects.
There will also be a strong emphasis on mentoring engineers, developing technical capability and contributing to the growth of the wider practice.
Candidates should be Chartered with ICE, IStructE or an equivalent professional institution, hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have 8+ years' relevant experience.
Strong technical and project management skills are essential, alongside proven experience in client management, design development and leading engineering teams. Experience within construction engineering, structural engineering or a multidisciplinary consultancy environment would be particularly relevant.
Experience across nuclear, rail or water infrastructure would be advantageous, although candidates from other sectors with the right technical and leadership background are encouraged to apply.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Associate-level engineer seeking a senior role with significant responsibility, client exposure and scope for career progression.
