Conrad Consulting is working with a leading property and construction consultancy to recruit an Associate Project Manager for its London team, working on exceptional luxury hotel and high-end office fit out projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager operating at Associate / early Associate Director level who wants greater responsibility, client exposure and the opportunity to work on prestigious projects.
The Role
You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of high-value fit out projects, taking responsibility for project performance while developing strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading project delivery from inception to completion
- Managing programmes, budgets, risk and quality
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams
- Managing clients, contractors and consultants
- Supporting procurement and contractor selection
- Providing strategic project advice
- Mentoring and supporting junior project managers
- Contributing to the growth and development of the London team
About You
We're looking for a strong Project Manager / Associate Project Manager with experience delivering high-end fit out, luxury hotel, hospitality, commercial or office projects.
