Associate Quantity Surveyor required for a well-established SME consultancy in Glasgow, working across commercial, residential, hotel and student accommodation projects. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced PQS to take on a senior, client-facing role within a growing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:
- Leading commercial management across a varied project portfolio
- Managing projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Senior-level client relationship management and business development
- Line management and mentoring of junior surveyors
- Contributing to the growth of the wider team
Requirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Strong PQS background across commercial and/or residential sectors
- Track record managing projects and clients independently
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Able to commute to Glasgow
