This award‑winning practice has continued to grow rapidly in recent years, Their London office is now seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to strengthen their digital delivery capabilities and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM standards and processes across the business.
You will be joining a collaborative, design‑driven environment where innovation, technical rigour and digital transformation are central to the practice’s ethos.
Key requirements for the BIM Coordinator:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a BIM‑focused role within a UK architectural or multi‑disciplinary practice
- Strong proficiency in Revit with the ability to support teams in model setup, development and coordination
- Experience producing and managing federated models and leading clash detection workflows
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, or similar coordination tools
- Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and experience contributing to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Ability to provide training, guidance and technical support to project teams
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
- Experience working across multiple sectors is highly desirable
