Key Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will:
- Produce detailed Building Survey reports for a wide range of clients
- Provide expert advice relating to dilapidations and leasehold matters
- Carry out Schedules of Condition and Party Wall inspections
- Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and construction projects
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Membership or working toward MRICS, CIOB or similar (desirable)
- Solid understanding of Contract Administration, CDM, Dilapidations, and Party Wall matters
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
