The role

Carry out building surveys, dilapidations, party wall work, and contract admin

Work closely with senior colleagues and learn from experienced directors

Build relationships with clients and contribute to winning new work

Help keep projects on track, on budget, and to the right standard
You’ll need

APC candidate or Chartered Building Surveyor

Good technical knowledge across a range of sectors

Professional, proactive, and eager to grow

Confident managing projects and clients

Keen to broaden experience and take on interesting challenges
