We’re working with an award‑winning multidisciplinary building consultancy based in Bristol looking to expand their surveying team. This is a great opportunity for an APC‑level or recently chartered Building Surveyor who wants to work across a broad range of sectors and take the next step in their career.
The practice has a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality building surveying, condition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations, party wall work and wider professional services across commercial, residential and public‑sector commissions.
What you’ll be doing

Undertaking building surveys, condition assessments and reporting

Preparing schedules of condition, specifications and contract documents

Assisting with project monitoring, contract administration and client support

Working on party wall matters, dilapidations and professional consultancy work

Collaborating with senior surveyors and multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects

Engaging with clients and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
Who we’re looking for

APC‑level or recently chartered Building Surveyor (RICS)

Strong technical capability across core building surveying disciplines
-
Excellent communication and report writing skills

Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team

Client‑focused with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
