Responsibilities

Supporting building surveys, condition reports, and technical assessments

Assisting with specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation

Learning about dilapidations, party wall matters, and wider professional services

Helping manage client projects under supervision

Building experience to progress through APC and gain MRICS chartership
Requirements

Working towards MRICS chartership (APC-level)

Some experience in building surveying tasks

Interest in developing project management and client-facing skills

Strong technical knowledge and report writing ability

Motivated, collaborative, and keen to learn from senior colleagues
