A small well-established consultancy with a strong pipeline of work across heritage, residential, education, and public sector projects is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.
This role offers excellent exposure to both project and professional work, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of Building Surveying services across a range of sectors
- Assisting with project work from design through to completion
- Carrying out surveys, inspections, and preparing reports
- Supporting contract administration and project management duties
- Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Working alongside senior surveyors to develop technical expertise
- Assisting with professional instructions such as dilapidations and condition surveys
What we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Working towards MRICS or with a clear ambition to achieve chartership
- Some consultancy experience (ideal but not essential depending on level)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A motivated and proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
