What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the project‑biased Building Surveyor across multiple education sites

  • Managing schemes from early feasibility through to completion

  • Carrying out condition surveys, defect analysis, and technical reporting

  • Overseeing contractors, ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth delivery

  • Working closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders

  • Contributing to a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing team culture

What you’ll bring

  • Experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally with project‑led responsibilities

  • Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing works on site

  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills

  • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple projects

  • MRICS is beneficial but not essential
