What you’ll be doing

Acting as the project‑biased Building Surveyor across multiple education sites

Managing schemes from early feasibility through to completion

Carrying out condition surveys, defect analysis, and technical reporting

Overseeing contractors, ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth delivery

Working closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders

Contributing to a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing team culture
What you’ll bring

Experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally with project‑led responsibilities

Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing works on site
