Conrad Consulting are recruting on behalf of an employee‑owned, award‑winning practice in central Manchester. They are looking to appoint a Chartered Architectural Technologist to join their Manchester studio. Please read on for further details on this exciting new role.
Our client are an Architectural practice with a UK-wide reach, with studios across the UK. Their Manchester team delivers projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, science and mixed‑use sectors, giving employees the freedom to specialise or remain a true all‑rounder.
Part of the upcoming workload will fall within the Health, Science and Laboratory sectors - Experience in this areas would be viewed favourably.

You’ll be a key part of the technical delivery team, responsible for:

Producing well‑coordinated technical design solutions

Leading the integrity, coordination and quality of project information

Ensuring all work aligns with BIM standards and protocols

Maintaining strong knowledge of legislation, sector‑specific regulations and the RIBA Plan of Work

Contributing to design reviews and continuous improvement
-
Embedding CDM and H&S considerations into all design stages

What we are looking for:

Degree Qualification (Architectural Technology or similar)

3+ years post‑qualification
-
MCIAT chartership preferred, but not essential for the role.

Strong technical understanding, with experience delivering RIBA Stage 3 & 4 packages

Competent in Revit and Enscape

Healthcare, Science or similar sectors would be viewed favourably. All sector experience/knowledge will be considered.

Motivated, detail‑driven, and confident coordinating information across multidisciplinary teams
