A leading multidisciplinary building consultancy is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Cardiff team. This is an exciting chance for an experienced surveyor to work on a diverse range of projects, from commercial to residential, while taking ownership of client relationships and technical delivery.
What you’ll be doing

Leading condition surveys, building inspections, and technical reporting

Managing contracts, specifications, and project administration

Advising clients on dilapidations, party wall matters, and wider building consultancy issues

Supporting junior surveyors and helping them develop their skills
-
Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients
Who we’re looking for
-
MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (or close to achieving chartership)
-
Experience across core building surveying disciplines
-
Confident in project management and client-facing roles
-
Strong report writing and technical knowledge
-
Collaborative, supportive, and able to mentor junior team members
