The Role

You’ll join a collaborative Building Surveying team delivering a broad range of project‑led work. This is not a pure condition‑survey role — it’s genuinely project‑biased, giving you the chance to take ownership of schemes from inception through to completion.

Project sectors include (but not limited to):

  • Blue‑light (emergency services estates)

  • Charity & community organisations

  • Residential (private and social)

  • Healthcare (NHS and private providers)

Expect to work on refurbishments, alterations, maintenance programmes, and occasional new‑build elements, with the support of a wider multi‑disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver building surveying projects across multiple sectors

  • Prepare specifications, schedules of work and contract documentation

  • Manage contractors and oversee works on site

  • Provide professional advice including defect analysis and technical reporting

  • Support junior team members and contribute to team development

  • MRICS qualified

  • Strong project delivery experience within a consultancy environment

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and stakeholders
