I'm working with a leading national property consultancy to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor for its growing Bristol office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Building Consultancy team delivering a broad mix of professional and project work across a diverse commercial property portfolio. You'll work with a range of private and public sector clients across office, industrial, retail, healthcare, education and mixed-use assets, with plenty of scope to develop your career.
The Role
- Deliver a broad range of professional building surveying instructions.
- Undertake technical due diligence, building surveys and defect diagnosis.
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work and contract administration duties.
- Manage refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the Bristol team.
About You
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience within commercial building surveying.
- Strong technical knowledge across both professional and project work.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
