A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join its growing Bristol office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile developments across the commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use sectors. You'll join an established cost management team with a strong pipeline of work, excellent career progression and the opportunity to work with some of the region's most recognisable clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
- Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation
- Managing procurement and contract administration
- Undertaking valuations, change control and final accounts
- Providing commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with project managers, design teams and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
- Consultancy background with experience delivering construction projects
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion
- A proactive and collaborative approach
