The Commercial Manager is responsible for the financial and commercial management of construction projects. The Commercial Manager ensures cost control, value optimisation and effective risk management across the project portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial management of projects as Commercial Manager

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cost reports

Oversee procurement and subcontractor commercial arrangements

Manage valuations, variations and final accounts

Identify and mitigate commercial and financial risks

Support contract negotiations and dispute resolution

Provide commercial advice and reporting to senior management as Commercial Manager
Skills & Experience

Strong background in commercial management or quantity surveying

In-depth understanding of construction costs and contracts
