Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial administration of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract within a major infrastructure environment.
This is a senior opportunity for a commercially astute professional with strong FIDIC experience, ideally including the FIDIC Silver Book.
The Role
You will take the commercial lead in administering the EPC contract, ensuring contractual obligations are managed effectively and commercial risks are appropriately controlled.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the commercial administration of an EPC contract.
- Interpreting and managing contractual obligations and entitlements.
- Monitoring contractual performance, risks and liabilities.
- Supporting the management of change, claims and commercial issues.
- Advising project stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records and reporting.
- Working collaboratively with project and client teams to protect commercial interests.
About You
You will have:
- Significant experience in a commercial management role.
- Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
- Ideally, previous experience with the FIDIC Silver Book.
- Experience administering complex infrastructure or engineering contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and commercial problem-solving skills.
Working Arrangements
The role is based in London with hybrid working and occasional travel to project sites in Kent and Germany.
