Role Overview
The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple construction contracts and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations. The Contracts Manager provides leadership across project teams and ensures commercial, programme and quality targets are met. This is a senior role requiring an experienced Contracts Manager with strong commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple live contracts as Contracts Manager

Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and procedures

Monitor project performance, costs and risk exposure

Support and guide Site Managers and Project Managers

Manage client relationships and resolve contractual issues

Oversee variations, claims and dispute resolution processes

Report contract performance and risks to senior management as Contracts Managers
Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in a senior construction role

Strong knowledge of standard forms of construction contract

Excellent commercial, negotiation and leadership skills

Ability to manage teams and make informed decisions

Proven track record in a Contracts Manager position
