This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects across East Anglia. The successful candidate will join an established team advising private landowners, developers, investors and institutional clients on unlocking value from land and property assets.
The Role
As a Development Surveyor, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing development projects and providing strategic advice to clients throughout the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development appraisals and viability assessments
- Land acquisitions and disposals
- Site identification and promotion
- Strategic land and planning advice
- Negotiation of option and promotion agreements
- Working closely with landowners, developers and planning consultants
- Market analysis and development consultancy
- Managing projects from inception through to delivery
- Preparing reports and presenting recommendations to clients
- Supporting business development and strengthening existing client relationships
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who possess:
- MRICS qualification, or working towards chartership
- Experience within development consultancy, land agency or general practice surveying
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the planning and development process
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
