A busy and expanding building consultancy in Cardiff is looking for a Director to join their senior team. You won’t be managing the entire team on your own – instead, you’ll work alongside three other directors to help steer projects, support the team, and drive business growth across commercial, industrial, residential, and sport & leisure sectors.
This is a chance to be part of a collaborative leadership group, working on high-value commissions and national projects across the UK, including London and Scotland.
What you’ll be doing

Leading complex building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and contract administration

Working with other directors to manage client relationships and grow the business

Providing technical expertise and guidance to the team when needed

Supporting the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard

Contributing to business development initiatives and shaping the strategic direction
Who we’re looking for

Chartered Building Surveyor with senior-level experience

Strong technical knowledge across commercial, industrial, residential, and sport & leisure projects

Confident in collaborating with other senior leaders to drive growth

Commercially minded with experience managing complex projects and client portfolios

Comfortable working on national-level assignments
