Director of Projects – Construction Project Management
Location: Manchester
We’re working with a respected construction business experiencing rapid growth across a diverse range of projects, including Entertainment space, Logistics, Utilities, Residential and Leisure.
They’re looking for an experienced Director of Projects to lead a team of Project Managers while remaining hands-on with key projects. An excellent opportunity to take a leadership role and help shape the future of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

Oversee project delivery across multiple sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high standards.

Provide commercial and contractual guidance (JCT essential; NEC advantageous) and support risk management.

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and drive business development initiatives.

Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to support growth and continuous improvement.
