Job description
The EV Installer will take responsibility for the electrical installation of our EV Charge Points, this position will support EV Installations being carried out across the Region.
You will be a competent electrician who has a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:
Essential:
- SCE Certification
- 1-3 years of Commercial/Industrial Experience
- Full Driving License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Desirable:
- Experience with 3DC chargers ranging from 50kW upwards of 400kW DC
Job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Install electric vehicle charging stations.
- Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations and installation guides to carry out the proper installation of EV chargers from various charger manufacturers.
- Liaise with the Supervisor and provide updates relevant to the EV charge point installations on their projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions.
- Work to site specific Programmes of Work.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Prepare and submit reports on work performed, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.
- Work closely with project managers, electricians, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed and share best practice.
