We’re working with an award-winning multidisciplinary building consultancy based in Bristol who are looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to gain exposure across a wide range of sectors while working towards APC chartership in a supportive environment.
The business delivers building surveying, condition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations and party wall services across commercial, residential and public-sector projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with building surveys, inspections and condition reports
- Supporting the preparation of schedules of condition and specifications
- Working alongside senior surveyors on project and professional work
- Gaining experience in contract administration and client-facing tasks
- Supporting party wall matters and dilapidations work
- Working through a structured APC programme
Who we’re looking for
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar
- Working towards APC/RICS chartership (or planning to start)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and willing to learn
- Able to work as part of a team and take direction
- Motivated to build a long-term career in building surveying
