A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their supportive Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in Building Surveying, offering structured APC support and exposure to a wide range of work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects and professional instructions
- Assisting with building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis
- Getting involved in dilapidations, contract administration, and project monitoring
- Visiting sites and contributing to client reports
- Working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
- Developing core technical skills in preparation for APC
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
- 1-2 years consultancy experience
- Strong interest in progressing towards MRICS status
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Confident working both in the office and on site
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one)
