A well-established building consultancy with a strong regional presence is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team. This role offers excellent APC support and hands-on project exposure from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with a broad range of Building Surveying instructions
- Supporting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and reports
- Exposure to contract administration and project monitoring work
- Attending site visits and client meetings with senior staff
- Working across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets
- Building core competencies required for APC progression
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
- 1-2 years post grad experience
- Keen interest in becoming MRICS qualified
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Full UK driving licence or working towards it
