Our client is seeking a graduate structural engineer with an interest in historic structures and willing to learn about temporary works.
Their project workload is mainly small domestic and large commercial schemes, including new build hotels, basement extensions and refurbishment schemes.
The role involves assisting with structural calculations, preparing drawings, supporting site inspections, and liaising with architects and project teams.
Candidates should hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, have a basic understanding of structural design and analysis. Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is desirable but full training will be provided.
This position offers excellent mentorship, broad project exposure, and support towards professional chartership, making it an ideal first step in a structural engineering career.
