Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with 3+ years of industry experience to join a leading, large‑scale architectural practice in their London office on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a well‑established architectural practice with a strong national presence and long‑standing roots across the UK. With over 30 years of continued growth, the company now employs more than 60 talented professionals across multiple offices, with London being a key hub for some of their most high‑profile projects.
The practice is highly regarded for its expertise within the Residential sector, delivering projects across a wide range of sub‑sectors including:
- Build‑to‑Rent
- Student Accommodation
- Social & Affordable Housing
- Housebuilder Typologies
- High‑Rise Residential
While Residential work remains at the core of the business, the practice also has a growing portfolio within the Education sector and other complementary areas.
The London office is modern, well‑connected and situated within easy reach of major transport links, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based in London and the surrounding commuter belt. The practice also supports hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
In this role, you will work closely with Senior and Associate Technologists, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality technical packages while continuing to develop your own skills. You will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, run elements of projects, and progress your career within a supportive and structured environment.
The practice uses both AutoCAD and Revit. Prior experience with both is advantageous, although Revit training can be provided for those with strong AutoCAD proficiency.
Candidate requirements
- Degree in Architectural Technology or HNC/HND in a related discipline
- Working towards CIAT accreditation
- Approximately 3+ years of industry experience
- Ideally 2–3 years of Residential sector experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Revit experience (desirable, training available)
