A progressive, multidisciplinary property consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join its London office. The practice delivers high-quality property solutions across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, with projects spanning surveys, feasibility assessments, and site investigations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct building surveys with a focus on damp, mould, and condensation issues
- Carry out feasibility assessments and prepare reports to support client decision-making
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance, quality, and timelines are met
- Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the surveying team
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building surveying
- Strong understanding of damp & mould diagnostics and feasibility studies
- Experience across residential, healthcare, and education projects would be highly beneficial
- Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively
- Committed to professional growth and working towards chartered status (full RICS/CIOB support provided)
- Willingness to travel to sites within London and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence preferred
