Conrad Consulting is proud to be working with a leading international multidisciplinary firm in London who take pride in shaping the future of construction by integrating their expertise through an open approach to design offering innovative and sustainable engineering.
They have a great opportunity for a principal or associate level structural engineer to come in and lead their building structures team. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects, adhering to the firm’s high standards and procedures.
The role will see you working on local and international projects, collaborating with the wider team and supporting management. You will attend project meetings and ensure client satisfaction, whilst promoting repeat business.
To fill this role successfully you will need at least 10 years relevant experience, with a track record of delivering projects and managing a team. Excellent communication skills are a must, and you will approach your role with integrity and commitment, keeping calm under pressure and guiding your team to deliver projects in line with client expectations.
Your previous project experience should include a range of buildings structures, and if you have delivered data centre schemes this would be an advantage.
