Conrad Consulting are working with a lead M&E contractor who due to continued growth, are seeking experienced Mechanical & Electrical Supervisors/ Foremen to support a range of commercial and industrial projects across the Central Belt.

Key Responsibilities of the M&E Supervisors/ Foreman:
- Oversee and carry out either mechanical or electrical installation works across commercial and industrial environments
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary M&E team
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Supervise site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and project teams
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site stakeholders
- Ensure all site activities are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements
Requirements of the M&E Supervisors/ Foreman:
- Proven experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Foreman/Supervisory role
- Strong ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment
- Professional approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to represent the organisation professionally at all times
- Valid trade certification/grade card relevant to your discipline and current industry standards
- Valid ECS/CSCS card
- SSSTS qualification desirable but not essential
