Part 2 Architectural Assistant — Cambridge | RIBA Part 2 | Residential Commercial Rural

This is a brilliant role for a creative, ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant who wants hands-on experience across all project stages and support while working towards RIBA Part 3.

Key responsibilities:
- Produce design drawings and technical details for residential, commercial and rural projects.
- Develop concepts, prepare planning submissions and support construction stages.
- Collaborate with senior architects, consultants and clients.
- Contribute to 3D visualisations, presentations and client-facing materials.
- Maintain accurate CAD files and project documentation
Essential requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification.
- Minimum one year’ s experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong design flair and technical detailing skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Willingness and ability to travel to sites and meetings.
- Portfolio demonstrating design and technical work.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with ArchiCAD and Twinmotion is highly desirable but not essential.
- Interest in sustainable design and planning-led projects.

- Salary: £30k–£36k (competitive, dependent on experience).
