Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a leading independent consultancy to recruit a Planner to join their growing project team working on one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure programmes.

The Role
As a Planner, you will support the development, management and reporting of project programmes, working closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed timescales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes.
- Supporting the preparation and updating of baseline and live programmes.
- Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delays and risks.
- Producing regular programme updates, reports and analysis.
- Supporting project teams with programme reviews and progress meetings.
- Identifying programme risks, dependencies and opportunities.
- Assisting with delay analysis and impact assessments where required.
- Working collaboratively with project managers, commercial teams and contractors.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes.
About You
We are looking for a Planner with experience working within a construction, infrastructure, engineering or major projects environment.
You should have:
- Experience working in a planning/project controls environment.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or equivalent planning software.
- An understanding of construction programmes and project delivery.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A degree or relevant qualification in construction, engineering, project management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
